The Honorary Consul of the Zambian Consulate in the Hellenic Republic Ms. Rose Chizi on Sunday 3rd November, 2019 invited all Zambians living in Greece to her residence for a Zambian lunch in celebration of Zambia’s 55th Independence day that is commemorated annually on 24th October.
All the guests that attended got to enjoy mouth watering Zambian dishes that were prepared by our very own Zambians living in Greece and the sound of Zambian music.
This special occasion was graced by the attendance of the First Secretary of the South African Embassy Ms. Rose John, friends and the growing Zambian community in Greece.
The Honorary Consul of the Zambian Consulate in the Hellenic Republic Ms. Rose Chizi expressed how heart warming it was to see such solidarity displayed even though not all could be there but hoped that the next time they would be more. The Honorary Consul also thanked the ladies for all their efforts in preparing the delicious meals.
